ID Opzoeken voert een echte SML-zoekopdracht uit, wat de gezaghebbende manier is om Peppol-registraties te verifieren. Directory Zoeken doorzoekt de Peppol Directory, een vrijwillig register. Niet alle Peppol-deelnemers staan daar geregistreerd.
